What kind of celebration will you be doing for Canada’s 150th Birthday?
I am walking the labyrinth.
As we share the same wish to spread peace and serenity, I am collaborating with Carleton Place to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday.
Like this group, I am inviting people from our community to walk labyrinths, to discover for themselves, how this form of walking meditation can help to naturally quiet the mind, and achieve feelings of calm and peacefulness.
Our goal is to meet or exceed 150 labyrinth walks during the period April 10th – September 8th in 2017.
We welcome your participation.
You can walk the labyrinth in Fleetwood Park or another labyrinth elsewhere.

Thanks for sharing this great idea, Diana. Unfortunately I managed only two visits this summer to the Eagles’ Head labyrinth at Kwomais Point Park in Ocean Park. Looking forward to more as the year progresses!
