Labyrinths are ancient and modern paths of various shapes and sizes found in many cultures dating back 4000 years. At present, these historical circles and spirals that meander in a specific slow ambulatory path symbolize change and growth, wholeness and unity.
Labyrinths encourage reflection and contemplation. These peaceful walkways, used for mindfulness and meditation, are becoming a popular necessity of our busy, modern workplaces.
