In our upcoming anti-racism courses, we believe in the transformative power of stories. "Narrative Empowerment" is at the heart of our approach, where participants are encouraged to share and listen to personal narratives that illuminate diverse experiences and perspectives. A crucial part of this journey involves learning about the often-overlooked racist history of Canada, particularly the experiences of Indigenous, Black, Chinese, Japanese, and South-Asian communities, and understanding how historical injustices continue to shape contemporary society.
