Creating Paths of Peace, Purpose, and Belonging.

I empower people to rediscover calm and clarity in the modern rush through labyrinth walks Vancouver residents and visitors can experience.

As The Labyrinth Lady, I had the honor of creating the first public park labyrinth in Metro Vancouver, located in Fleetwood Park with the City of Surrey, British Columbia. In addition, I have built three large, permanent outdoor labyrinths, bringing the transformative power of the labyrinth to communities, organizations, and individuals across Canada and the U.S.A.

What is a labyrinth?
A labyrinth is an ancient circular walking path, one continuous route to the center and back out again. Unlike a maze, it has no tricks or dead ends. It is a tool for mindfulness, reflection, and walking meditation, guiding you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

What are the benefits?

Walking a labyrinth helps you:
• Calm anxiety and reduce stress
• Gain clarity and focus
• Support emotional and spiritual healing
• Cultivate mindfulness and creativity
• Strengthen community connection
